Meet Judy Seeberger

State Senator for Senate District 41

Committed to a campaign of CONNECTION, not division.

I have had the honor of being your State Senator since 2022. Prior to being elected as a State Senator, I was elected to Bayport City Council where I served one term until I moved to my current home in Afton. I have served on both the Bayport and Afton Planning Commissions, and was elected to serve on the School Board of the Math and Science Academy as a teacher member. I am no stranger to hard work or tough decisions, and I bring this experience and tenacity to my work in the Senate.

I ran my own small business for over 10 years and am well aware of the burdens placed on small business owners. I believe we can and should do better by our business community here in Minnesota.

Outside of the capitol, I am proud to serve my community as a firefighter-paramedic on my local fire department, as a rescue diver on the local dive-rescue team, and as a paramedic responding to 911 calls with a local ambulance agency.

  • I’m a mom who understands the challenges of family life today
  • I’m the wife of a naval officer and have had to navigate life as a military family
  • I’m a public school teacher who values quality education for all
  • I’m a paramedic who knows the importance of health care
  • I’m an attorney with insight into the legislative priorities we need

Common Sense Government

The state of politics today has caused many Minnesotans to lose faith in the government’s ability to represent the true needs of our citizens and communities. As your State Senator, I promise to represent all the people of my district – not just a select few. I am committed to representing every city and township in my district, and to put the people of my district ahead of the party. I represent EVERYONE – not just the people who voted for me, and my work reflects that. The people of District 41 deserve a thoughtful, common-sense voice in the Minnesota State Capitol. I am committed to do the work that’s necessary, and I will be honored to continue to serve you in the Minnesota State Senate.
